Welcome to Life Itinerary Design ("LID," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Life Itinerary Design platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Life Itinerary Design provides a platform for individuals and families to receive personalized country recommendations and relocation guidance based on the information they provide through our assessment process.

4.2 Payment Terms

Our Services may require a one-time payment for lifetime access or payments for specific consulting services or relocation packages. All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate access provided upon payment, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services. Any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services, including assessment responses and personal information ("User Content"). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE ITINERARY DESIGN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIFE ITINERARY DESIGN FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life Itinerary Design and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montevideo, Uruguay, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

13.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Itinerary Design regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
